Using Seller Central

Seller Central is a web-based tool that divides its functionality among eight sections for Amazon Pay.

Here’s a breakdown of the functions assigned to each link when you are an Amazon Payments merchant:

Menu ☰	Orders	Manage transactions	View your Amazon Pay transactions and payments statuses. Manually capture funds and issue refunds to your buyers.
	Integration	Integration Central	View resources to help you get integrated into your site as easily and effectively as possible. Add, edit and review all website URLs where you plan to launch Amazon Pay on.
	Integration	MWS Access Keys	Obtain the Access Key and Secret Key for your Amazon Pay integration.
	Reports	Payments	View payment details of your account, including dates and amount of your disbursements, and commission and fee breakdowns for your orders.
		Payments Transaction Reports	Download reports on the payment processing requests submitted to Amazon Pay, including dates, amounts, and status of your requests.
		Tax Document Library	Download the corresponding Amazon Pay Seller Fee invoices by clicking View. Note: Amazon Pay will also send you the invoice via email no later than the 10th of the following month. If there were no transactions processed or no transaction fees paid in the previous month, won’t generate or send a fee invoice.
	Performance	Account Health	Monitor how you’re doing with respect to performance targets and policies.
		A-to-z Guarantee Claims	Manage A-to-z Guarantee claims your customers might file on their orders with you.
		Chargeback Claims	Manage chargeback claims your customers might file on their orders with you.
		Performance Notifications	View any performance notifications related to your account that Amazon may sends to you.
	Learn	News	View all the news about Amazon Pay.
Messages			View all your messages.
Help			Find help in our dedicated menu section, visit Seller Forums or contact Seller Support.
Settings	Account Info		Enter your business information, such as beneficial owner, addresses, and bank account information.
	Notification Preferences		Designate the email address at which you want to receive business, claims, and technical notifications. Tip: If you would like multiple persons to receive the emails, we recommend setting up a distribution list in your email client (for example, “AmazonPayNotifications@yourcompanyname.com”). Enter the distribution list email address in the Notification Preferences field, and then add the appropriate people to the distribution list in your email client.
	Login Settings		Manage the email address and password you use to access your account, and provide security questions to help you reset your password if you forget your login information.
	Tax Settings		View your Amazon Pay tax documents.
	User Permissions		Configure the permissions of your current users and invite new users to access your account.
	User Permissions History		View user permission history for your Amazon Payments merchant account.
	Integration Settings		View your Merchant ID, and manage your Instant Notification settings and Pop-up Banner Window image.
