Cancelling Payments

You have 15 minutes to cancel the order after placing it using Amazon Payments. Please do the following to cancel the order within 15 minutes.

  1. Go to the Amazon Payments website at https://pay.amazon.com/uk
  2. Click the "Your Account" link at the top of the website, and sign in when prompted.
  3. Under "Action", click "Details" for the appropriate order.
  4. On the order summary page, click "Cancel order".

After 15 minutes, please contact the seller directly and take note of the following:

  • Some sellers begin processing orders almost as soon as they are placed, so it's not possible to cancel or change an order via your Amazon Payments account after the first 15 minutes.
  • However, sellers may be able to make changes if they haven't yet dispatched your order, so please contact your seller if you want to change or cancel your order. If the order has already been charged for, sellers can initiate refunds.
  • Remember we cannot cancel or change an order on your behalf and we can't refund you for purchases. If you e-mail us for these reasons, we'll ask you to contact your seller, by which time they may have already dispatched the item to you.

To contact the seller you can do the following:

  1. Go to the Amazon Payments website at https://pay.amazon.com/uk
  2. Click the "Your Account" link at the top of the website, and sign in when prompted.
  3. Under "Action", click "Details" for the appropriate order.
  4. On the order summary page, click the "Contact Seller" button.

Amazon Payments does not charge till the order is confirmed as dispatched. Once a charge has been made, it cannot be cancelled, but if you wish to ask for a refund (that is, if you don’t receive an item, or an item materially differs from its description) then you may contact the seller to resolve the issue. Sellers can issue refunds via Amazon Payments as needed.
