• If your business is owned by another individual, then please identify this individual by filling all fields under section Business Owner Information.
• If your business is owned by another company, then please identify all ultimate individuals who own the company or control more than 25% of the shares by filling all fields under section Business Owner Information (Please click the Add more business owners button if required.)
• If your business is owned by a publicly listed company (registered on an official exchange), then please fill in the relevant fields.
